Swedish Coffee Infused Chocolate balls
The chocolate ball is a classic Swedish sweet treat that you will find in most cafés, perfect for a coffee break, or “FIKA” as we call it Sweden, or as a delicious party canapé.
Infused with coffee, rolled in desiccated coconut, and served chilled, they are easy and fun to make and only takes 10 minutes to prepare. This tasty chocolate ball is made with a mixture of cocoa, salted butter, oats, vanilla, and coffee.
